Jennie Kim of Blackpink, Jackson Wang of K-Pop, and  South Korean actor Song Hye-kyo made their Met Gala debuts in 2023. What they wore to steal the show is shown here.

All of the biggest stars gathered at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City on May 1 (Tuesday IST) to celebrate fashion's biggest evening, the Met Gala 2023.

Jackson Wang and Jennie Kim from Blackpink, as well as South Korean actor Song Hye-kyo, also made their first appearances on the Met Gala's red carpet.

Blackpink's Jennie transformed into the "Human Chanel" in a short outfit, Song Hye-Kyo slipped into a blush pink Fendi gown and Jackson Wang turned heads in head-to-toe Louis Vuitton.

BLACKPINK'S Jennie Kim

Jennie Kim, a member of Blackpink, made her Met Gala debut in 2023. The K-Pop star is a Chanel ambassador and has publicly expressed her fondness for the company's vintage clothing. She embellished the strapless dress with a similar black choker ribbon, black Opera gloves, black shoes, tiny diamond earrings and subtle makeup.

Jackson wang

After just finishing a concert in Vancouver, Jackson Wang made his debut at the Met Gala 2023 wearing a full-body black Louis Vuitton suit, complete with black sunglasses and gloves, paying homage to Karl Lagerfeld's hallmark style. With minimum makeup, a glossy nude lip colour, tiny earrings, heeled dress shoes, tinted black sunglasses, an untidy centre part, and an ornate bracelet, he completed the all-black ensemble.

Song Hye-Kyo

Song Hye-kyo made her Met Gala debut looking stunning in a blush pink Fendi top and skirt combination. The skirt has a high-rise waistline, complex decorations, lace embroidery, and a floor-length silhouette while the spaghetti-strap top has a corseted bodice, a fitted bust, and a cropped hem length.
